Patrick Devereaux
Patrick Devereaux, a real estate veteran of more than 25 years, joined CBRE’s Denver office as a senior vice president with CBRE Capital Markets.
Devereaux, who specializes in the disposition and recapitalization of office properties across the Rocky Mountain region, has partnered at CBRE with James Brady and Campbell Davis. Combined, the team has a market share of 52% in the private capital Denver office market and currently has 11 assets listed for sale.
During his career, Devereaux has completed more than $3 billion in transaction volume, including the recent sales of The Scala Building, 200 Union Boulevard and Tamarac Plaza.
Deveraux joins CBRE from JLL where he was most recently an executive vice president and was named the firm’s top producer in 2016.
