Comments: With this purchase of 8.1127 acres, the buyer completed an assemblage, adding to 17.34 acres of industrial land. Gilliland owns the property directly to the east, which has an address of 2025 East 64th Ave. and contains 8.7648 acres. The Gilliland family purchased this property in January 2017 for $2.48M (see deed 2017000022558), or $6.50 psf. They also own 1900 East 64th Ave., which abuts this property directly to the west and contains 6.478 acres; and 1931 E. 64th Ave., also directly to the west of this property, containing 2.094 acres.  See prior sale from Huron Associates to WCSC Acquisition Company, dated 10-16-2017 for $2.56M, or $7.25 psf, and previous sale with Huron Associates purchasing the property from Kenneth E. Munger in October 2015 for $1.3M, or $3.68 psf.
