Peterman Properties LLC purchased the 39,368-sf center at 3280-3300 28th St. from REM Investment LLC. The property consists of a two-story building leased to Concentra Urgent Care and a multitenant retail building fully occupied by CorePower Yoga and other tenants. The property was built in 1984.

“We had significant activity for this asset from the inception of our marketing process,” said Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group, who represented the seller with NavPoint’s John Witt.

“Retail assets on the 28th Street corridor rarely come to market, and we had multiple offers from both in- and outof-state investors right out of the gate,” Call said.
