The 2025 Affordable Housing Bus Tour is produced in partnership with Apartment Appraisers & Consultants and Community Builders Realty Services.

Registration is open to affordable housing property owners, developers, investors, asset managers, staff, board members, elected officials and market rate developers only.

Check-In, Introductions and Outline of the Day; the second bus will run approximately 30 minutes behind the first bus.
Bus Tour Leaders
Scott Rathbun on Bus #1 and Rodger Hara on Bus #2 will be speaking about the current state of the affordable housing market while driving between the 6-8 properties on the tour. They will be discussing historical and projected new supply; historical and projected demand/absorption; historical and projected vacancy rates; current rent trends throughout the Denver Metro area as well as Northern Colorado and Colorado Springs; various construction methods and current trends for affordable housing development. The developers of some of the projects on the tour will share details about their projects including specific, unique aspects of their developments.
