The 2025 Affordable Housing Bus Tour is produced in partnership with Apartment Appraisers & Consultants and Community Builders Realty Services.

Check-In, Introductions and Outline of the Day: Empower Field at Mile High (Parking Lot E); the second bus will run approximately 30 minutes behind the first bus.
Bus Tour Leaders
Scott Rathbun and Rodger Hara will be speaking about the current state of the affordable apartment market, while driving between the seven properties on the tour. Attendees will also hear about various construction methods and current trends for development. In addition to Scott and Rodger, architectural firms, general contractors, interior design firms, multifamily loan underwriters and multifamily asset managers will talk about specific projects on the tour, as well as  current trends.
