AAMD inducts Doug Andrews into Hall of Fame

The Apartment Association of Metro Denver inducted Doug Andrews into the AAMD Hall of Fame based on his exceptional leadership, experience and the impact he has made on the Denver multifamily industry.

Andrews has been among the top apartment brokers in Colorado for the past 30 years and co-led a team to sell more apartment buildings than any other apartment brokerage team in the history of Colorado. He also co-founded Capital Real Estate in 2004 and the company, now named Avanti Residential, LLC, currently manages over 6,500 units in three states. Avanti Residential, LLC has more than 165 full-time employees working in the apartment business and is an active member of AAMD.
