Abby Waner Bartolotta joins JLL
Abby Waner Bartolotta joined JLL as vice president, health care real estate in the Denver office.
Waner Bartolotta specializes in advisory services for the Rocky Mountain region’s health care users and owners. This includes tenant representation, landlord leasing, and sales/acquisitions. She works directly with health care systems, hospitals, providers, and medical real estate owners and developers.
Services include strategic planning, portfolio optimization, site selection, financial analysis and contract negotiations.
Prior to joining JLL in 2020, Waner Bartolotta spent five years as the director of leasing at Health Connect Properties, a boutique commercial real estate and development firm located in Denver. In this role, she oversaw leasing activity for hospitals, private owners, and tenants. She managed the marketing strategy both internally and externally and assisted in development and property management. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and Master of Professional Studies from the University of Denver.
