Marc Painter, partner with Holland & Hart, was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
Painter is the only Colorado lawyer among the 41 attorneys from around the country elected to ACREL this year. The lawyers are elected to fellowship for legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.
Painter assists developers in commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and resort projects. He also draws on experience as a banker to advise lenders on complex real estate and asset-based commercial lending facilities. For over 30 years, Painter has dedicated his services to his clients. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
