Aspen Heights Partners breaks ground on luxury multifamily project in Lakewood

Aspen Heights Lakewood will feature a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom market-rate apartments.

Aspen Heights Partners, a vertically integrated real estate developer of lifestyle-oriented residential communities, has started construction on a 351-unit multifamily community on Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood.

Featuring unfettered views of the Rocky Mountains, Aspen Heights Lakewood is 7 miles from downtown Denver and will feature a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom market-rate apartments with five stories of structured parking. All units will include high-end finishes and stainless-steel appliances.

“Aspen Heights Lakewood is luxury living at its finest and with the convenience of just a short train ride to Denver, residents will have the best of both worlds – access to the city’s bustling downtown district with the suburban calm that Lakewood has to offer,” said Greg Henry, founder and CEO at Aspen Heights. “As we continue to grow our portfolio, we will remain calculated in our selection of lifestyle-oriented development opportunities.”

The community’s luxury amenities include a heated swimming pool and hot tub with cabanas, resident clubroom, outdoor grills, pizza oven, fire pit, and a variety of outdoor recreation and games. The property also features a rooftop terrace as well as a bark park, dog wash station, business center, ski and bike repair shop, putting green and golf simulator.

“With each of our properties, we carefully select features and amenities that create a living experience designed to appeal to today’s renters – and Aspen Heights Lakewood is a prime example of this,” said Todd Gaines, division president at Aspen Heights Partners.

Dallas-based Humphreys & Partners Architects was the architect.
