Blake Holcomb joins CBRE as first vice president

Blake Holcomb joined CBRE as first vice president specializing in office landlord representation throughout the Denver metro area.

Holcomb’s area of expertise includes the Cherry Creek, Colorado Boulevard/Glendale, North/Northeast Denver, River North, Capitol Hill, Midtown, Uptown, the periphery of downtown and West Denver office markets.

Holcomb has 14 years of transactional experience primarily focused on leasing office buildings for institutional and local owners. He also has experience in new ground-up office development, buy-side representation and property sales, as well as building repositioning assignments. Prior to joining CBRE, Holcomb was a managing director with Stream Realty Partners and principal with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.
