Brian Hutt joins CBRE as first vice president

Brian Hutt joined CBRE as first vice president specializing in office landlord representation throughout the Denver metro.

Hutt’s area of expertise include the Cherry Creek, Colorado Boulevard/Glendale, North/Northeast Denver, River North, Capitol Hill, Midtown, Uptown, the periphery of downtown and West Denver office markets.

Hutt has 10 years of experience negotiating office leases on behalf of landlords. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent nine years as a director with Cushman & Wakefield.
