Developed by Northeast Denver Housing Center, designed by Cuningham Group and built by Palace Construction, the Moline at Stapleton apartments will provide a home for 180 families earning up to 60% of Denver’s area median income and distributed among one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

Koelbel and Co., in partnership with Mile High Development and Longs Peak Advisors, recently completed 8877 Eaton St., 118 affordable housing units in the Downtown Westminster redevelopment of the old Westminster Mall. OZ Architecture designed the project, which Milender White began building in January 2018. 

Taylor Kohrs recently completed construction of the new Enterprise Green Community, Vistas at Panorama Pointe, in Westminster. The 63,000-square foot, four-story seniors apartment building includes 69 units with a combination of one- and two-bedroom floor plans with private balconies and covered parking. 

Turner Construction recently celebrated the placement of the final steel beam to the future home of Meow Wolf, a 101,000-square foot interactive art and entertainment museum located west of downtown Denver near Interstate 25 and Colfax. With this milestone, the team is one step closer to bringing the Santa Fe-based company to Denver area residents and visitors. 

Adolfson & Peterson recently topped out its Brush School District project. Located in rural Colorado, the school district received a Building Excellent Schools Today grant to address the health, safety, security and educational deficiencies in its current middle and high School.

The Urban Land Institute selected Denver’s Renaissance Downtown Lofts as one of 19 finalists in its Global Awards of Excellence.  Envisioned and designed by Christopher Carvell Architects PC for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, ULI chose the project as “an extraordinary development that’s making a lasting difference.” 

Milender White broke ground on the construction of Parkside @ City Centre. A future transit-orientated community located at 14531 E. Alameda Ave., Parkside will feature 216 market-rate, multifamily apartments and 36,000 square feet of retail on 5.6 acres.

Central Recreation Center, a new recreation center in Aurora, debuted as the city’s first new recreation center in 40 years. Designed by Populous, and a thorough public input process, the $34 million, 61,250-square-foot facility is located in the heart of Aurora. 

Adolfson & Peterson Construction recently topped out its Platte Fifteen project, which was designed by OZ Architecture and is owned by Crescent Real Estate. 

Last month, H.W. Houston Construction and DLR Group celebrated the opening of the expanded Pueblo Convention Center with representatives from the city of Pueblo and the state of Colorado.
