East West Partners announced the start of construction on One Snowmass, the two-building complex that will house an arrival center to Snowmass Base Village, 41 luxury residences and commercial properties on the ground floor, including the new Base Village Medical Center

Zeppelin Station, a 100,000-square-foot creative workplace and market hall located at the 38th and Blake Station of the RTD commuter rail line in Denver’s River North neighborhood, will open next week.

GE Johnson Construction Co. recently topped out two health care projects: Children’s Hospital Colorado’s newest pediatric hospital in Colorado Springs as well as an expansion of University of Colorado Health’s Memorial Hospital North in Colorado Springs.

Haselden Construction recently topped out Laurel Cherry Creek, designed by Johnson Nathan Strohe. The project is being developed by Pauls Corp. in Denver’s Cherry Creek North neighborhood.
