In a new report on primary U.S. technology markets, CBRE Research found that office rents increased in every submarket over the past two years, demonstrating stiff competition for space in the areas most in demand by tech companies
According to CBRE, 13 of the top 30 tech markets achieved double-digit office rent growth from Q2 2015 to Q2 2017. Denver’s office market rents increased 8.3 percent, while Boulder’s grew 18.7 percent over that period.
