Clarion buys more industrial assets from Pauls

Clarion Partners bought Gateway Park’s Building 21, along with 13 other buildings, in 2018.

Clarion Partners, which completed a record-setting industrial acquisition in the Denver market last year, has acquired more than $78 million in additional properties from the same seller.

The Pauls Corp., which sold its 1.93 million-square-foot industrial portfolio at Gateway Park in Aurora to Clarion for $206.06 million last year, sold the additional assets to Clarion for $78.11 million, according to Adams County records.

Among the latest assets are two newly completed distribution buildings, Buildings 22 and 23.
