At least 40 tech companies expanded their presence in Colorado in the past year, with 400,000 square feet of positive net absorption, according to CBRE Research’s 2017 Colorado Tech Book.
At least 14 companies, including three from abroad, opened offices or moved their headquarters to Colorado.
