Construction underway on Observatory Row townhomes
Mile Hi Modern has announced the start of construction of Observatory Row townhomes in the Observatory Park neighborhood. The development includes 20 residences, ranging in size from 1,731 square feet up to 1,885 sf, in five different buildings.
Construction is scheduled for completion in the summer.

Observatory Row is located between downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center. It is within easy walking distance of light rail.
