Dietz joins Northstar Commercial Partners

Brian Dietz joined Northstar Commercial Partners as the company’s director of development.

Don Marcotte, the firm’s former director of development, will remain as a partner and continue to focus on growing development relationships locally and nationally.

Dietz has 15 years of experience in real estate, working for organizations such as Opus Development Co., Black Creek Group, Lauth Group and Prologis. Over the course of his career, he has developed 3.5 million sf, and managed over 66 million sf of commercial real estate throughout the United States and Canada consisting of over 320 buildings, 625-plus leases and $3.9 billion of assets under management.
