Denver-based EKS&H, a national professional services firm, has signed a lease and sublease for 150,000 square feet at 8181 E. Tufts Ave. in the Denver Tech Center.
The company subleased 120,000 sf of space from Aecom and did a direct deal with landlord Westcore Properties for an additional 30,000 sf. Currently headquartered in approximately 125,000 at 7979 E. Tufts Ave. in Denver, the Top 40 public accounting firm expects to move to its new space next August.
“We’re excited that they selected us for their long-term lease commitment,” said John Fefley of Westcore Properties, which owns E. 8181 Tufts.
Barry Dorfman, Mike Rooks and Dan McGowan of JLL represented EKS&H in the transaction. John Marold of CBRE represented Westcore.
