First Industrial Realty Trust bought a net-leased industrial building in Aurora for $9 million, or $106.26 per square foot.
The 84,700-square-foot building is located at 21110 E. 31st Circle. Moving and storage company PODS occupies the property on a triple-net lease with more than eight years remaining on the term.
First Industrial Senior Regional Director John Strabel said the property represents good real estate and an attractive long-term investment for First Industrial.
The seller was 31 Circle LLC, a group of Detroit-based private investors.
The building was built in 2014.
Mike Wafer, Riki Hashimoto and Dan Grooters of Newmark Knight Frank were the listing brokers.
