Fort Collins change management firm switches headquarters site

2950 E. Harmony
Prosci Inc. is moving its headquarters to 2950 E. Harmony Road in Fort Collins.

A global change management company headquartered in Fort Collins leased 33,720 square feet of office space on the Harmony Road corridor.

Prosci Inc. has outgrown its space at 5042 Technology Parkway and will expand into the building at 2950 E. Harmony Road. In addition to room for expansion, the company was looking for modern space in a good location, according to CBRE’s Fort Collins office, which handled the transaction. The building will house Prosci’s client business, and internal training and events.

Westfield Company Inc. owns the 180,051-sf building, which is home to AMD, Kaiser Permanente, CSI, Eide Bailly, RTI and First American Title.

CBRE Fort Collins brokers Annah Moore and Peter Kast, who represented Westfield in the long-term lease, are negotiating an additional 14,447-sf lease and will have 6,010 sf coming available in the near future.

Formerly a single-tenant building occupied by LSI Corp., the building was transformed into multitenant space by a previous owner.

“This building is unique in its ability to provide larger Class A space for Fort Collins office users on the highly desired Harmony Road,” said Moore. “This lease, the 14,000 square feet under negotiation and the additional, approximately 24,000 square feet that have been leased in the building in the past 12 months speak to the strong demand for this product in this location,” she said.

CBRE’s Pete Kelly and Mistene Nugent represented Prosci in the transaction.

In addition to Fort Collins, Prosci has offices in Canada and Australia.
