Highland Development Co. breaks ground on The Nightingale in Uptown neighborhood

Studio 646 Architects designed The Nightingale for DIRC Homes.

Highland Development Co., Studio 646 Architects and DIRC Homes recently broke ground on 39 attainable condos in Denver’s latest addition to the Uptown neighborhood.

“We are excited to be breaking ground today on an innovative housing option in Denver at The Nightingale,” said Randy Henckel, president DIRC Homes. “This community gives homeowners the opportunity to live in contemporary urban luxury at an affordable price in Uptown, one of Denver’s most desirable locations.” Located across from the Uptown Hospital District, The Nightingale is named in honor of Florence Nightingale, the pioneer of modern nursing, and serves as a tribute to the city’s hardworking health care providers.

Featuring modern studio, one- and two-bedrooms condos, The Nightingale homes range from 375 to 1,000 square feet.
