Residents move to newly completed Park 17 apartments in Uptown

Kairoi Residential recently completed its luxury apartment community Park 17, which is located in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood. Martines Palmeiro Construction built the multistory, 190-unit “boutique chic” building, which was designed by Valerio Dewalt Train Associates.

Located at the intersection of 17th Avenue and Park in the City Park neighborhood, residents are within walking distance of some of Denver’s best restaurants, locally sourced organic grocery stores, top-rated schools, as well as some of Denver’s main recreation spots, including City Park and the Botanic Gardens. Additionally, the location is in proximity to major employment centers like the Uptown Denver Medical District.

The building’s on-site amenities include a pool deck, fireplace and entertaining area; a well-appointed club house; 24-hour gym and health club facility; and retails space on the main floor. Some of the on-site amenities that already are available include an electronic package system, electric car charging stations and a locked bike storage room.
