Dave Klebba joined Etkin Johnson as a partner.

Klebba is responsible for all real estate development activities including oversight and management of entitlements, design consultants, contract negotiations and buyout, schedule and budget management, and quality control of development projects. He also will be active in identifying appropriate land acquisitions for future development.

Most recently, Klebba served as vice president of construction for Hines, where he enjoyed a long tenure. He brings with him more than 18 years of experience, including involvement in a variety of projects for a diverse portfolio of building types totaling more than 2.5 million square feet. Klebba graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in business, finance and accounting.
