MW Golden Constructors builds Sandstone Ranch

MW Golden Constructors recently broke ground on Sandstone Ranch in Larkspur. Sandstone Ranch will be Douglas County’s newest open space when work is completed. The 2,038-acre ranch features a diverse landscape including red rock formations and sloping meadows.

It is MWGC’s responsibility to see the park’s master plan come to fruition. The plan is for the park to provide public access while preserving and protecting the property’s cultural and historic assets. Protection of identified cultural resources and maintenance of historic structures also will be included in the scope of work.

MWGC also will be providing upgrades to all of the existing utilities, constructing new trail systems and constructing a new outdoor education learning facility.
