Pat Stucker joins Colliers International
Pat Stucker joined Colliers International Multifamily Advisory Group as a senior vice president with the Denver team.
Stucker will join fellow brokers Craig Stack and Bill Morkes.
Stucker came to the firm from JLL, where he was the managing director for multifamily sales since 2013. Prior to JLL, he served as the senior vice president for multifamily sales in the Rocky Mountain region for Cushman & Wakefield from 2007 to 2013.
Other experience includes working with AIMCO from 1989 to 2007. Stucker was a founder of, and instrumental in the creation of, the brokerage division for AIMCO. He also served as an executive vice president with operational oversight of 20,000 apartment units in a broad multistate region.
During his career, Stucker has closed in excess of $5 billion of multifamily transactions, totaling over 50,000 residential units and is recognized as one of the premier multifamily brokers in Colorado. Stucker has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including brokerage, development, asset management and property management.
