Peak Utility will bring headquarters to Interlocken Parkway

Peak Utility Service Group will move into its new Broomfield office following the lifting of Boulder’s safer-at-home order

A utilities and infrastructure service provider leased office property in Broomfield with plans to renovate and make it into its headquarters.

Peak Utility Service Group leased the office property at 310 Interlocken Pkwy. in Broomfield. Of the 121,970 square feet available, Peak Utility will occupy 17,007 sf. Doug Jennings of Re/ Max assisted the tenant in solidifying the site and negotiating a multiyear lease. Keys Commercial is the owner and operator of the property. Jennings said it will be a headquarters for Peak Utility’s three subsidiaries, Track Utilities, SiteWise and Kelly Cable.

The property will accommodate 50 employees with several training rooms, updated conference rooms and collaborative workspaces. ICE3D, Sands Construction of Colorado and Advanced Planning Solutions helped bring the tenants’ vision for the space to life with a renovation of the office.

ICE3D helped with space planning and the acquisition of office furniture. Dale Sands of Sands Construction of Colorado collaborated with Michael Haider of Advanced Planning Solutions to bring the walls, bathroom, ceiling, HVAC, conference rooms and training space to completion.

Jennings said in addition to being able to renovate the space to fit its needs, Peak Utility also was drawn to the property because of its accessible location.

“The big reason (they’re interested in the property) is its proximity to Highway 36, Boulder, the western regions and downtown Denver,” Jennings said.

The office is set to open and be operating in the coming weeks.
