Comments: Marlo McDermott purchased the property out of foreclosure in January 1991 for $1.33M and started the “Stampede,”country-western nightclub that opened in 1992. This property is located near the northeast corner of S. Parker Road and S. Havana. The new buyer will close for the Memorial Day weekend and plans to open June 14. The buyer also owns the Bluebird Theater at 3217 E. Colfax. Swank also purchased the Goosetown Tavern in 2014, which he turned into a music venue.
