Prime West Sustainability Services promotes Gregory D. Patton to chief sustainability officer

Prime West Sustainability Services promoted Gregory D. Patton, LEED AP O+M, LEED AP ID+C, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, to chief sustainability officer. In his new role, Patton is responsible for the sustainability efforts for the firm’s internal and external clients. He oversees the daily operations of Prime West Sustainability Services, including sustainability consulting, green building certifications, Energy Star benchmarking and management, and market growth.

Previously, Patton was the chief engineer for Miami Florida-based developer Codina Partners, where he oversaw a 250-acre mixed-use development. With over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, he is passionate about creating a sustainable and healthy future.
