Redland promotes Susan Wade to associate principal owner

Susan Wade, PLA, was promoted to associate principal owner for Redland, a Colorado-based land planning, civil engineering, landscape architect and construction management consulting firm.

Wade, a senior planner and landscape architect at Redland with over three decades of experience, has a resumé that includes community design, land planning and landscape architecture on a local and global scale for residential, mixed-use communities, resort and commercial projects.

Wade is active with Urban Land Institute as a co-chair of the local Community Development Council and a committee member of the Women’s Leadership Initiative. She also participates in the mentoring program with the Professional Women in Building as part of the Home Builders Association.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Colorado State University, and she is a certified Professional Landscape Architect in Colorado.
