A roofing materials distributor signed a lease for 117,286 square feet of industrial space in Aurora.
Beacon Sales leased the available space at 14200 Moncrieff Place, bringing the building to 100 percent occupancy. Fuelco occupies the remaining 82,000 sf.
The building features rail service, a 4.5-acre yard and ESFR sprinkler system.
Mike Wafer and Michael Wafer Jr. of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, LBA Realty, in the lease. Mitch Zatz and Nick Steitz of JLL represented the tenant.
Beacon Sales is consolidating many of its business lines under one roof and needed rail and outside storage, said Steitz.
