Rick Schuham
Rick Schuham was promoted to vice chairman of Savills Studley.
Schuham joined the firm in 1991 and has been a member of the firm’s senior management since 1997. He has advised and represented the full spectrum of consulting, financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and nonprofit organizations. Schuham plays an integral role in forming the strategic direction of Savills Studley through his position as a member of the firm’s executive committee and board of directors. He also is the Central Region lead with oversight responsibilities for operations between Chicago and Denver.
In his corporate real estate career, Schuham has represented some of the nation’s most prestigious companies and service firms and has negotiated some of the country’s most significant real estate transactions. His extensive knowledge in building infrastructure issues and their impact on business operations has enabled him to provide expert counsel to clients in all business, government and nonprofit areas locally, nationally and globally. Schuham’s notable clients include Goldman Sachs, Illinois Tool Works, RSM US LLP, T. Rowe Price and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. He also is a member of the company’s law firm practice group.
