Seitz joins CBRE’s Healthcare Capital Markets team

Shane Seitz joined CBRE’s Healthcare Capital Markets team as a senior vice president.

Based in Denver, Seitz will join Chris Bodnar and Lee Asher, vice chairmen of the company, to focus on debt and equity structuring for its health care and life sciences clients.

Seitz joins the firm from Ventas, a leading health care real estate investment trust, which he joined in 2011 as part of the Nationwide Health Properties acquisition. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Seitz has completed more than $10 billion in transactions encompassing all types of health care facilities, including medical office, life science, senior housing and hospitals in both the United States and the United Kingdom. His expertise in structuring highly complex debt and equity assignments will enhance the firm’s capabilities in the health care real estate sector.

Seitz received his Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate and urban development, and marketing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from University of Colorado Denver.
