Ernie Shih joined the Shears Adkins Rockmore team.

Shih, an architectural designer with more than 12 years of experience, is a project manager with a history of experience in leading the design of commercial projects across the Front Range, most recently with Larson Incitti Architects.

His portfolio includes a focus on educational and religious facilities.

Shih received his Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University.
