Developers break ground on Hilltop Reserve senior living community
Ascent Living Communities, Focus Property Group and Blue Moon Capital Partners recently broke ground on a state-of-the-art senior living community in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood. The former milk processing and distribution center will provide a contemporary, metropolitan-style living environment with community services and amenities for active seniors.
