BMC Investments underway with its 240 St. Paul mixed-use project
GE Johnson has broken ground on 240 St. Paul Street in Cherry Creek North for developer BMC Investments. The building previously on the property was demolished to make way for a new 76,000-square-foot, six-story commercial building. A “world-class” fitness club will anchor the new building, taking 33,000 sf on the first three floors.

June 29, 2020Residential, retail development slated for Eagle County parcel
A Chicago-based developer made its entry into the Colorado market with its purchase of a more-than-74-acre land parcel in Eagle County. The buyer paid $2.58 million – above the $2.5 million list price – for the Tower Center, a 74.08-acre parcel at 11150 U.S. Highway 6 in Gypsum. A Kansas City-based developer sold the property, which had seen a significant amount of interest recently.
