Thomas Bannigan Jr. joined Column Commercial Partners as associate broker.
Bannigan specializes in representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, having completed numerous acquisitions, dispositions, leases and industrial development projects in his five-plus years in the industry.
Prior to entering the world of commercial real estate, he worked in the energy industry.
Bannigan earned his Bachelor of Arts in business and English at Regis University.
