David C. Uhlig joined Ball Barry Uhlig, formerly Ball & Barry Law, as a new partner of the firm.

Uhlig’s practice encompasses real estate transactions, corporate transactions and general business law issues.

He is licensed in Colorado and Arizona with 20 years of experience focused on acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, real estate development projects, subdivisions and condominiums, complex leasing finance matters, corporate structuring and restructuring, and business sales.

Most recently, Uhlig founded his own boutique transactional practice, Summit 6 Legal. He previously worked in real estate and business law at national and regional firms.
