W.E. O’Neil Construction Company of Colorado promoted Kevin Mullowney to senior estimator.
Mullowney joined the company in 2010 as a project engineer. He later progressed to project management and has spent the last four and half years in the estimating department.
Mullowney has a Bachelor of Science in organizational management from Colorado State University.
