Erica Kalhoefer joins Column Commercial Partners as associate broker

Erica Kalhoefer joined Column Commercial Partners as associate broker.

Kalhoefer recently received her Colorado real estate license. Previously, she launched her own photography company to pay for college. Shortly after she finished her studies, she became a member of a financial investigation unit at a local private investigation firm. Her entrepreneurial spirit continued as she was hired to work as the initial business and project proposal researcher and writer for a private equity firm. Her mission was to create informative, comprehensive arguments for investor funding and moves toward public-private partnerships to implement renewable energy systems in developing countries to alleviate economic stressors.

Kalhoefer earned her Bachelor of Arts in economics and Bachelor of Science in construction management at the University of Denver.
