Brie Martin joins Prime West as director of property management

Brie Martin joined Prime West as director of property management.

Martin is responsible for overseeing business development and driving the success of the property management department through implementing and creating property management policies, administration, and personnel. Her expertise includes client and tenant relations, creative problem solving, budget preparation, operating expense reconciliations, lease administration, physical management and financial reporting.

Previously, Martin led the Newmark Knight Frank property management department team in Denver as its associate director and held numerous positions within Newmark prior to that role. She led a team of more than 40 and oversaw 5 million square feet.

Martin earned her master’s degree of curriculum and instruction from Denver University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pepperdine University.
