CBRE promotes Mark Lodmill to executive vice president

CBRE promoted Mark Lodmill, MAI, to executive vice president of the Denver office’s Valuation & Advisory Services. Lodmill has over 20 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience, including providing consultations, reviews, market studies, rent analyses, feasibility studies and litigation support.

Lodmill leads a team of professionals focused on multifamily valuations throughout the Front Range. He is also a member of CBRE’s Student Housing and National Multifamily groups. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute, a member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Colorado.
