NorthMarq named David Martin managing director of investment sales in its Denver office as part of the company’s coast-to-coast expansion of multifamily investment sales.
In his new role, Martin will work with David Link, managing director of debt and equity, to structure financing for clients. He also will be responsible for building and leading an investment sales team. Throughout his 15-year career, he has focused on multifamily investment sales in Denver, most recently with JLL and before that with Moran and Co., where he executed the sales and recapitalizations of more than $6 billion of multifamily assets. He also has experience in multifamily acquisitions, structuring financing and real estate lending.
In 2019, Martin completed several high-profile multifamily sale transactions in metro Denver, including the Legacy Promenade asset for $93.5 million.
