David Sharrock joins JHL Constructors as director of preconstruction services

David Sharrock joined JHL Constructors as director of preconstruction services. He will provide leadership in the preconstruction and business development functions of the firm.

Sharrock moved from Oklahoma to Colorado Springs in 1997 upon completion of his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management at Oklahoma State University. He began his career working as a construction claims consultant with an emphasis on schedule analysis. Following consulting work, he progressively moved through positions in construction project management, project estimating, preconstruction/design phase services, estimating management and project procurement. His 24-plus-year career has been primarily in the Denver metro area, with leadership positions in Shanghai and European Union markets. During a recent three-year European stint, Sharrock consulted with local Netherlands companies and held a leadership role with the launch of the European division of a U.S.-based company.
