Gary T. Saykaly joins CBRE as first vice president

Gary T. Saykaly joined CBRE’s Denver office as a first vice president with Industrial & Logistics.

Saykaly focuses on providing multimarket industrial occupiers with supply chain and real estate advisory services nationally. His clients include manufacturers, producers, distributors and wholesalers – many of which have completed or are undergoing a merger and acquisition or capital raise for a company expansion and have multi-market requirements.

He has executed on more than $3.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions over the course of his career, including the structuring of sale-leaseback transactions around the country.
