Casey Grosscope
Casey Grosscope joined CBRE’s Denver office as a vice president with Advisory & Transaction Services.
Most recently, he was an associate director with Newmark Knight Frank in Denver. He will specialize in occupier services for new and existing CBRE clients around the world.
Over the length of his career, Grosscope has executed more than 1 million square feet of transactions exclusively for occupiers of commercial space. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including oil and gas, architecture, engineering and manufacturing.
At CBRE, Grosscope will work alongside Ty Ritchie, Doug Bakke, Lee Diamond and Todd Papazian.
Prior to his tenure with Newmark Knight Frank, where he worked in Global Corporate Services, Grosscope was part of Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory Services. He received his Bachelor of Science in international affairs from the University of Colorado.
