Ian Elfner joins Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors as senior adviser

Ian Elfner joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors as senior adviser. Previously, Elfner was with NavPoint Real Estate Group, where he spent the past five-plus years.

He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Elfner focuses primarily on retail, office, mixed-use, and land properties throughout the state of Colorado. His commercial real estate experience includes investments, acquisitions, sales, leasing and new development projects. Going forward, he will continue to put an emphasis on investment sales.
