Justice Candelaria joined Denver-based WeatherSure Systems Inc., a roofing and waterproofing service, as project manager/estimator.

Candelaria has more than 11 years of experience, including installing and estimating roofing/repairs on commercial buildings. He specializes in leak investigations, tenant finishes, and low slope re-roofs on single-ply and cold- application BUR roofing systems.
