Kennedy joins Wheelhouse Commercial

Mark Kennedy, RPA, joined Wheelhouse Commercial as president.

In his role, he will lead all operations of the firm, including overseeing a growing team of managers, accountant, maintenance techs and support staff. Kennedy has more than 20 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate, including property management of office, medical, industrial, retail and portfolios, leasing, construction management, investments and financial reporting. He has worked for some of the country’s largest real estate firms as well as smaller, privately held firms. Kennedy will focus on growing the management and leasing portfolio for noninstitutional owners of commercial properties in the Colorado Front Range.

The Wheelhouse family of companies includes Boutique Apartments, Wheelhouse Apartments, Wheelhouse Construction and Wheelhouse Commercial.

Kennedy is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles.
