Kevin Phelan joined Nexus Commercial Realty as senior investment adviser.

With more than 10 years of experience covering multiple asset classes, including serving as a senior associate with CBRE’s leading retail team and director of a New York City-based brokerage, he brings skills in complex deal-making, lease/sale negotiations, market analysis and an extensive professional network. Phelan holds a real estate license in Colorado, California and New York and is certified with distinction from the Terry Lundgren School of retailing. He is pursuing his CCIM certificate. Phelan graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in business management.
